Michelle has spent ten years working alongside artists and creatives, and recently completed six months of deep personal work that transformed how she understands creativity. She has built this retreat for the community she knows and loves, and will be holding the space across both days.
Client testimonials
"I've been part of UAS for many years and owe a lot of my success to the change in mindset and growth in confidence that I've taken from Michelle's lessons."
- Jenny Stevenson
"You always seem to get to the core of me. Your session gave me peace, space in my mind to explore. These are issues I have known about but not really worked on for a long time. You gave me reassurance and a way to start."
- Denise Couzens
"Without you and this community, I wouldn't have felt this belonging and bravery to make art - my art, the wild and unbridled art that comes through me."
- Nicola McKenna

Client testimonials
"What truly sets her apart is her ability to create a sacred space where vulnerability is embraced and personal growth is nurtured. She listened attentively without judgement, offering guidance and support every step of the way. Intuitive is an understatement."
- sam p.
“I have never been to an energy healer before but for some reason I was drawn to her. I was really nervous as I was completely new to it all however she was so welcoming and friendly. She made me feel at ease straight away. I really enjoyed my session, felt different in many ways after and would definitely go back for more sessions.”
- Melissa r.
"She creates a space that is safe, compassionate, welcoming, and soul nourishing. Intuitive is her superpower and just seems to hit the proverbial nail on the head. The insight, wisdom and deep knowing she has is miraculous. I was able to shift stuck energy and emotions, and complete a cycle that I'd been carrying for a year."

FAQ
Do I need any experience with breathwork, sound baths or meditation?
Not at all. Everything on the retreat is accessible, whatever your background or experience. You do not need to have done any of this before. All you need to bring is an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Is this a spiritual or religious retreat?
No. This is a holistic retreat rooted in creativity, mindfulness and reconnection. Some of the practices draw on ancient traditions around nature and the self, but there is no religious framework, no ceremony, and nothing you need to believe in. It is simply a space to return to yourself.
Is this retreat open to everyone?
The Creative Reset Retreat is open to all artists and creatives regardless of gender.
Please note that bedroom accommodation in the main house is for women only. Male guests are warmly welcome to join us for the full retreat and can stay locally in the village, camp, or bring a campervan. All accommodation options will be shared on booking.
Do I have to share in the group?
Never. Sharing is always an invitation, never a requirement. You are welcome to simply listen and be present. This is your retreat and you get to decide how much or how little you offer to the group.
Will my phone really need to be off?
That is entirely up to you. We do ask that phones are away during sessions so that everyone can be fully present. Outside of that, how you use your time is your own. That said, we gently encourage you to give yourself the full experience of being offline. It might surprise you.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Layers, as the house can be cool in the evening. Something to sleep in if staying overnight. A journal and pen if you have one (we will have some available). Food and drink to share for communal meals. Your own toiletries and towel. And if you are camping, everything you need for an outdoor overnight stay. A full welcome pack with everything on it will be sent once you have booked.
I have dietary requirements. Is that ok?
Absolutely. As meals are communal and everyone brings their own food to share, you are in full control of what you eat. Please just bring things that work for you. If you have any questions or concerns, get in touch before you book.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is parking available at the house. Full details including directions and a postcode for navigation will be shared once you have booked your place.
Can I attend just one day?
The retreat is designed as a full two day experience and the two days work together as a journey. We are not currently offering single day tickets, but if you have a specific situation please get in touch and we can talk it through.
What is the cancellation policy?
As this is a ticketed event with limited places, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is the case so we can help coordinate. If you have any questions before booking, please get in touch.
